R Hair – Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase. If you wish to return an item, we are pleased to offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days of the purchase date. Prior to returning your purchase, we kindly ask that you ensure the product is unworn and in its original packaging.

To return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. All products must be unopened and in their original shipped condition due to the nature and hygiene of our products. Any opened or tampered products will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. All hair products must be unopened and in their original shipped condition for an exchange to be processed. Kindly email us at enquiries@rhair.store to proceed with the exchange.

For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept any products that have been worn, removed from the packaging, or tampered with. Such items will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns system. However, please contact us on enquiries@rhair.store to arrange for any return and we will forward you a returns label.


We will keep you informed throughout the return process. You will receive an email once your parcel reaches us, and another email once we have processed your refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return. Please allow 3-5 working days from your refund notification for the funds to clear in your account.
